Important THCA Shipping Information
THCA, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, it does not cause intoxication, but it can convert to THC under certain conditions such as heat, light, or time. This process is called decarboxylation and it happens when THCA products are smoked, vaped, or otherwise heated.
THCA products are legal under federal law, as long as they contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. This is the legal definition of hemp according to the 2018 Farm Bill. However, some states have different laws regarding THCA and hemp products. Therefore, we cannot ship THCA products to the following states:
-
Alaska
-
Arkansas
-
Colorado
-
Delaware
-
Hawaii
-
Idaho
-

If you live in a state where THCA products are legal, you can order them from our website with confidence. However, please be aware that using THCA products may result in a positive drug test for THC. This is because THCA products contain trace amounts of THC and may convert to THC when heated. Therefore, we advise you not to use THCA products if you are subject to drug testing.
By ordering THCA products from our website, you agree that you are of legal age and that you are responsible for complying with your state and local laws regarding THCA and hemp products.
