Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using Fedex or USPS [delivery standard is 2 – 7 days]. Shipping rates are based on size plus weight of item, and delivery distance from 78642 Liberty Hill, Texas.  We do not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

In the event that your order does not arrive or arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at steve@zazazenn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Important THCA Shipping Information
THCA, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, it does not cause intoxication, but it can convert to THC under certain conditions such as heat, light, or time. This process is called decarboxylation and it happens when THCA products are smoked, vaped, or otherwise heated.
